Stirling Partners Finance offers a comprehensive service to individuals requiring mortgage advice.

You will be looked after by one of our experienced and qualified consultants. We will listen carefully to your requirements, ask relevant questions and then make a recommendation that most closely matches your brief.

Getting the most appropriate mortgage for a client can require careful thought and we will appreciate your cooperation in providing full information.

Sometimes we may advise you to delay a mortgage transaction or even not to go ahead at all.

Normally though you will be looking for help in determining:

  • The most competitive charges and features
  • Who is willing to lend
  • The best way of achieving a certain objective
  • How to repay and protect your mortgage

We look to deliver for our clients and we hope this is a two way process. That is why most of our clients are introduced to us by word of mouth or by other professionals.

In selecting a mortgage or insurance solution we will look to make the market as competitive as it can be on your behalf. This may involve negotiating with lenders to stretch their criteria in your favour.

We have access to all lenders in the market place many of whom offer exclusive deals and we will find you the closest match to your requirements.

We also have access to a comprehensive range of insurance solutions to meet all your protection needs.

Having discussed your needs and situation we will provide you with a personalised report that outlines your requirements and our recommendations, including, if you wish, an assessment of how you can best protect your family.

Once you have made an application we will do our very best to keep you up to date with any developments, adjusting to any change in circumstances and keeping you on track to achieve your objectives.

Sometimes you may wish to discuss tax planning and in this respect we are used to working with your tax advisers to help you achieve an optimum solution.

How are we paid?

Any initial consultation will always be free of charge. Thereafter, we will agree with yourselves how we will be paid for the work that we do on your behalf. On many occasions we will receive a commission from a lender or insurance company. In addition to, or in substitution of this we may charge a fee of up to 1% of the loan amount. For example a fee of £1000 would be payable for a loan of £100000.

The fees we most often charge range between £0 and £500. All fees are notified in writing and agreed with yourselves before any work commences.
