Many lenders Standard Variable Rates are now at at an all time low so many clients are staying where they are now pending changes in the market especially there are less lenders offering attractive switching deals.
However more attractive deals are starting to emerge and if you are converned about rates rising now may be the time to plan. If however it is not the right time to switch lenders but you need to raise more capital this can either be done through your current lender or by using a different lender on a second charge basis.
