Portfolio finance

If you have a residential or commercial portfiolio of any size you will know that the rules of lending can be different depending on the size and value of your portfolio and the type of property you own.You may on the one hand qualify for better than normal terms starting at 2.5% above libor) but you also need to prepare to be put under the slide rule a little as lenders want to know that you are in control of things. It may be that some of your existing facilities require a little fine tuning or that you wish to partially or fully refinance (borrowing of up to 75% LTV is possible with interest only and capital and interest options available)
