Mortgage Express waive ERC
Buy to let lender Mortgage Express, part of the Bradford and Bingley Group, have today announced that it will be waiving all early redemption charges between February 1st - 30th June 2009.
This means that those with Mortgage Express mortgages will be able to sell the property or remortgage to another lender without paying a high redemption penalty.
