What type of property developments do we fund?

We are able to offer residential, commercial and overseas property development finance ranging from a few hundred thousand pounds to multi-million projects (sometimes both for the same client). No deal is too large or complicated.

What type of funding is available?

This depends on the project and the applicant. Rule of thumb High Street residential development finance terms would be 70% of purchase price and 70% of development costs providing the total lend is no more than 60% of the end value (GDV).

However, various strategies can be used to increase this. Experienced developers will normally get more support and 100% funding is often achievable.
