High net worth clients typically have at least £500k in liquid assets

- Up to 65% LTV
- Loan size: £1m+
- Arrangement fee: 1.25%
- Maximum term: Negotiable
- Interest only period: Negotiable
- Redemption penalties: None
85% LTV for Undervalue Purchases
- 6.99% fixed for three years
- 85% of purchase price (up to 70% of open market value)
- 3.5% arrangement fee
- Term: 3 years
- Interest only period: 3 years
