We cover commercial, residential and buy to let in tandem as many of our clients require active advice in all three areas. We also cover insurance requirements for the same reason. We are used to working closely with other professional advisers you may have.

We are happy to deal with all lenders and insurance companies that make up the market and to negotiate with those providers the best terms we can. We work hard at finding able people in each organisation so that we can use their abilities to help you secure the best terms and service possible.

For regulated activity Stirling Partners Finance Ltd are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Commercial and buy to let mortgages are not currently regulated.

However, we have chosen to be members of the NACFB (National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers.
